**BEIJING, Sept. 19 (Sanda Water Tech News) --** Sanda Water (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its GMP-compliant purified water induction faucet system has been fully deployed in the production workshop of Sinocare Sensing, a leading manufacturer of biosensor products. The upgrade will optimize terminal water control and further reduce the risk of water quality contamination caused by manual operation.

The selected system adopts 316L sanitary stainless steel integrated valve body and double infrared induction logic. The lower induction point activates water flow when a hand is extended and shuts off immediately when the hand leaves, while the front induction point toggles on and off with a single wave. This non-contact design completely eliminates cross-contamination risks from hand contact in the clean area. The equipment also reserves a manual emergency opening function, which can still be used normally when the battery is exhausted, ensuring uninterrupted water supply on the production line.

All connection interfaces follow ISO quick-install clamp standards, which can be seamlessly connected to the original purified water pipeline system without extensive transformation. After deployment, the microbial limit at the water outlet has been steadily controlled below 10 CFU/100ml, far lower than the limit specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The system supports data linkage with the plant MES, providing a complete traceable hardware basis for GMP audit verification.

According to on-site operation records, the system has been running stably for more than 90 days, with no false triggering, water leakage or water quality deviation. This project further expands Sanda Water’s application coverage in the field of biomedical sensing, and forms a replicable clean water supply reference for similar high-precision biopharmaceutical production scenarios.
